Be Yourself

Sometimes being yourself is tough. As human beings we want to be liked so early on we learn to 'change our behaviours' to 'fit in with others' to become more 'acceptable'. But doing that means we are 'living a lie'. We are all 'glorious multi faceted human beings' who come to this world to 'showcase that gloriousness'. It is our duty to 'shine our light' not 'dim it' or 'tone it down' but shine it out like a lighthouse. If it offends others that is their issue. Sometimes it may offend others because you are doing something they can't, they may be 'hiding behind others' or 'be afraid to show their true light in case others might not like them', they may not like it because in being yourself you are not the person they thought you were.

Once you 'get back' on your Spiritual Evolutionary Path, because I believe that when we are born we start on that path but we often get 'diverted' off that path by others needs, societal pressures, needing to please etc. but once we get back on that path and we stand up and be the person we were always meant to be we can 'cause offence', upset, alienate and totally ostracise others and you often hear the expression 'you've changed' a lot. Yes, you've changed, but back to the person you were meant to be.not the 'lesser, suppressed individual'. So tough as it gets, 'keep being yourself'.
