Gloriously Peaceful

So, its 6.53 a.m and I took my own advice, always a good thing I'm being told. Up at 4.32 a.m. and we took the dogs for a walk down the river near us. It was beautiful this morning, warm but not too warm and gloriously peaceful. There were no other walkers, runners or dogs out this morning, only the odd rower practising for regattas and a few late night, early morning party goers staggering along the tow path, merry and good tempered. The sheer peace and tranquility of that scene 'lifted my soul' and made me 'glad to be alive' to witness it. That was in complete contrast to how I'd woken up, my normal 'wake up call' is fear and anxiety, you name it, I get it and believe me I have begged my Angels to help me wake up with joy and excitement for the day but what I have found that works for me is getting out of bed as soon as my body will allow and getting on with the day, that I suspect, is their plan and believe me I've tried the other way where staying in bed only makes the anxiety get worse and worse. I get the message regularly, 'we've tried every other way and nothing else works so 'fear' it is!

Now, I sit with toast and coffee, there is not a sound to be heard apart from the brief stirrings of the World. Food and particularly coffee and water and vitamins are necessary to 'fuel your body' but also to aid your mood, coffee particularly 'lifts and energises and gets those synapses firing'. I'm watching the animals 'going about their business' other than the two tired dogs at my feet. There's a robin which is an extremely good 'animal totem'. Robins represent 'new beginnings' and 'growth'; and as we are now emerging out of the Supermoon Full Moon where issues have been raised and hopefully 'dealt with' we can now start to 'move forward' towards the Summer Solstice, a time of endings and beginnings.

So whatever issues you have been facing and dealing with hopefully they have been resolved, and won't have to get dealt with next Full Moon, which is what happens. The best way to do that is to deal with the issues as they arise and not 'store them all up' to explode at Full Moon when the Moon is 'tugging on our emotions'. Yes I know, 'easier said than done, sometimes'.

The portents are good also because we are finally being able to 'shake off the shackles' of this last Mercury Retrograde. Going into this particular planet's Retrograde period saw things, as usual, 'slowing down' which allows us to 'reflect on what we want' before we 'move forward again'. This is the second of four this year so plenty more time before next year to 'make our minds for a while'. I have been receiving the message recently that this period of three years has almost been like a big Mercury Retrograde for us to assess where we are in life, make decisions, make changes and move on with the next glorious chapter. So that is why it has been slow, there is a 'stop/start', 'two steps forward, three steps back' type of energy to this time which is necessary but 'frustrating', so 'stick with it, don't give up, it will get better' I'm being told. It's just that we are 'trying out what we want, what our dreams are, like test driving different cars to establish which one we want'.

So as the World is starting to wake up more and the morning peace is retreating for another day I leave you with this sentiment; have a great day, enjoy your weekend, go 'try out your dreams' before next week starts and above all 'go slowly, smell the coffee, enjoy the sights, open your eyes to the beauty around you'; this moment won't come again so 'see it in all its glory'. Bye, much love, light and healing. xxx
