Sun Flares and Schumann Resonance

Woke in the night with severe anxiety, managed to calm myself quite quickly with the use of crystals and water with herbal remedies to 'calm the mind' but woke again this morning with more the anxiety back again. Just checked the solar flaring site and the Schumann Resonance and sure enough a giant 'peak' in the Schumann Resonance. This morning, when I woke I decided I was going to try and lie there and meditate to 'feel the fear' as its so much easier to jump up, run around, stay busy which works but you're never really 'processing' the fear through your system that way and ultimately you have to.

So, I lay there and sure enough, fear after fear came washing over my body, like an electrical charge, I won't go into what the fears were, some are justified and some are fantastical, most of the times its difficult at that point to discern whats real and whats deeply embedded into my psyche from previous generations but its there and it has to come out and now I'm realising that as much as I have to make time for business and keeping the Daemons away sometimes I just have to make time to 'feel it'. I don't even 'process' it much now, nor 'rationalise' it or come up with solutions, sometimes I do, but most of the time I feel it in the pit of my stomach which is like a scrunched up knot. I know that these fears are being 'purged' from my cells so that they never come back again, eventually. So when I get up, feeling 'run ragged' but remarkably better for having 'had a session' and start on with the day. I have to say I can hear my Angels (a generic term for a host of Angels, Metatron, Gabriel, Uriel, Michael etc. thank you guys and my lesser, but just as important Spirit Guides that can range from famous to non so famous people, family, ancestors who are always there routing for me and my beloved animals in Spirit, one particular little cutie that has just passed, a little rabbit Senna whose beautiful love is inspiring me this morning). Each and everyone of them is important because as I purge my conditioned fears I know that Im getting closer to helping others do the same because we aren't supposed to live in fear in this or any of our lives and the sooner we realise that the sooner we live the exalted lives that we're meant to.

I hope this helps anybody who is going through this too, don't give up, keep going, I am and you can too, face those fears, don't let them beat you and keep listening to your Angels, they have a 'very special purpose for you, I assure you!
