Tiredness Kills (Or So They Say)

Getting up at 5.30 a.m. most days to walk the dogs by the river where the energies are blissful and we are reminded daily of the beauty of this World can make you tired so it is always wise to make sure that you observe the 'self care' rules. If you are able to rise at that time, and I would heartily recommend it for the World is 'peaceful' the 'angst and stress of the World has not yet begun' but you have work to go to make sure you go to bed earlier, which also helps you to avoid the 'energy of the people who judge'. If you do not have anywhere to be, take a chance during the day to rest/meditate or nap, or all three. Working with Spirit and being an Empath means that you take on all the 'energies of others' including those of the Spirit World and it can absorb you, much like a sponge drawing up water, you feel heavy after dealing with people in need either this side of the veil or the other.

My basic principles in life comprise firstly with sleep, combined with meditation or individually. One thing you must remember when working with others is that you can take on their pain, you can create 'connections' between you and them so you feel their pain and anxiety/feelings and you can 'muddy your chakras' and 'unground yourself' so find yourself a meditation practice to do which involves cutting ties and cleansing chakras and grounding yourself, preferably on a daily basis, or sometimes more often.

Secondly, you need to make sure your energy levels are kept up so ensure that you eat what your body is telling you to do, this is called Intuitive Eating and is essential if you are to survive tough times.

Thirdly, like my morning walks, get out into nature, listen to the messages you are receiving, preferably, if you are able to start your day listening to God or whoever you feel is 'out there' for you.

There are other things that can and should be done but for now the priorities are those above. I would heartily recommend prioritising sleep first and foremost as a sleep deprived empath/sensitive soul is 'not a pretty sight'.

With love, light and healing. Take care. Speak again soon. Mandy xxx
