Tough Times

Empaths are struggling right now. I feel it, you probably feel it but just to let you know you are 'not on your own'. The collective 'fear' is overwhelming at the moment and it is very difficult to avoid it. I myself try to stay away from the '3D' world as much as I can, I limit my access to the news and trust that if I need to know something then someone will tell me. It works, because someone will often tell me instances of death and dying either in a major accident or even just a localised death or murder situation. The only reason I am being informed of this, is I believe, is so that I can send Reiki healing to the situation to aid it, which I do. Other than that, unless my Angels tell me to 'dip in' for a specific reason, such as to find out why the 'collective fear' is raging and I'm wondering why I feel like 'running away' I disconnect completely. It is not being 'naive' or 'ignorant and uncaring of the World's issues' because I spend a large proportion of my day sending healing out to the World and all its inhabitants so I am very clearly 'doing my bit to save this planet' one step at a time. But it does not benefit me or anyone I believe to dwell on what ails us and this planet on a day to day basis, in fact I would go so far as to say it is completely detrimental to our health. Fear most definitely kills. Unfortunately the World seems to have become addicted to a daily fix of death and dying and what could and might happen today, tomorrow or in the hereafter.

And this is where I get controversial, the aim, in life is to 'live in the now'. Do not waste time bemoaning the past, what could have or should have happened. If you listened to your Angels and actioned what they wanted you to do then the past was 'as it should have been' and if you keep listening and actioning what they tell you to do now the future will be 'as it should be'. There is no point in worrying what 'might happen' which the news likes to do, to put the 'fear of God' into everyone. That helps no one because no one knows what will happen tomorrow or even if tomorrow will come, nothing is guaranteed, save the moment we are living in at this very present second. So my advice, switch the news off, get out into the sunshine, if you can, and enjoy the day and if you can't, find time later in your day and enjoy the wonder that this World has to offer, open your eyes, its beautiful out there. Enjoy, it's free and you can't say that about much these days, so thank you God.
